Amy MacDonald announces Edinburgh gig

Scottish singer-songwriter Amy MacDonald is to play the Usher Hall in April next year.

The Glasgow-born songstress, who is playing an intimate gig in her hometown tomorrow evening, is embarking on a 13-date tour of the UK and Ireland in March and April, starting in Bristol on March 28 and ending at Aberdeen’s Beach Ballroom on April 13.

And the This is The Life singer will be playing in Edinburgh at the Lothian Road venue on April 5 2017.

MacDonald will also be performing in Inverness on April 12, at the city’s Ironworks venue.

The 29-year-old musician, who has won ten awards and has seen her albums reach the top spot in the UK, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Germany, is due to release her fourth studio album in the near future.
