Arcadia, which includes the brands Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Topshop, Topman and Wallis, has signed at 10-year lease for a unit at Straiton Retail park, Loanhead.
Work will begin on the property, which operate under Arcadia’s Outfit fascia this month with a view to open at the end of summer/early autumn.
In addition, restaurant chain Nandos has agreed a 15-year lease on a new build at Straiton, and will open its 3,600 square ft. restaurant later this year.
The arrival of Nandos and Arcadia follows hot on the heels of the Sofaworks store has been constructed as part of a gateway development, taking space in a new building, covering 17,000 square ft across two floors.
