Boy on fire charges
A YOUTH has been arrested and charged in connection with the alleged harassment of fire crews on Bonfire Night at Whitburn Community Centre.
The 14-year-old has also been charged with alleged reckless conduct after youths suffered minor burns when a wheelie bin, which was alight was kicked over outside the centre on November 11.
