Bross Bagels branch reopens for click and collect in Edinburgh

Bross Bagels is reopening one of its stores to trial a “click and collect” service for its customers.

The Bruntsfield branch, in Bruntsfield Place, will start allowing one person from each household to collect a pre-ordered bagel from the store.

A limited menu will be available for customers to chose from online before being allocated a time to pick-up their bagel.

Bross Bagel fans can start ordering online from 10am tomorrow (May 16) and the Bruntsfield branch will be open from 12-4pm for collection.

The reopening of this branch is a trial and if all goes smoothly then the company is looking to bring other stores back in business.

On its Facebook Page, Bross Bagel staff said: “Over the last six weeks Bross deli deliveries have kept you bagel addicts happy and our business afloat.

“Your love and support throughout this pandemic so far has been INCREDIBLE!

“But WHEN oh WHEN can you rock up to Bross and get your hole filled by the pros!?

“TOMORROW! BRUNTSFIELD! 12-4pm!

“We are ridiculously excited to trial our new contactless collection operation where you’ll be able to ORDER ONLINE and given a COLLECTION TIME and told when ONE PERSON from each household will be able to come to Bruntsfield to GET THEIR HOLE!

“Limited menu and hours and staff so please be kind - we will do our best to get you what you’ve been missing.

“Order from our website (link in bio) from 10am // choose your bagels // sides // drinks // bring confirmation code with you // obey our social distancing queue system // please don’t come before your pick up time.
