DALKEITH:
On Thursday , July 8, at Eskdaill Street, a 30 year old man was found to be driving a motor car whilst failing to have a certificate of insurance in force for the vehicle.
On Friday, July 9, at Eskbank Road, Dalkeith officers attended a call in relation to a young woman who was heavily under the influence of alcohol. On tracing a 16 year old female who was drunk, she became aggressive and began shouting and swearing at officers and lashing out at them. A search also found a personal amount of cannabis. Once she had calmed down she was left in the care of her parents.

Hide AdOn Friday, July 9, at Salter Road, whilst dealing with a separate incident, officers were shouted and swore at by a 40 year old man. The man was given a police warning.
GOREBRIDGE:
On Monday, July 5, at St Andrews Way, a 39 year old man damaged two motor vehicles and assaulted another person with an offensive weapon. The man was arrested and a report submitted to the Procurator Fiscal
On Thursday, July 8, at New park Gardens, a vehicle driven by a 33 year old man collided with a number of vehicles. Members of the public traced the man and reported him to police. Subsequent enquiries found the man to be unfit to drive through drugs. A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal
PENICUIK:
A 16 year old female was cautioned and charged in connection with threatening and abusive behaviour on Tuesday, July 6, after shouting and swearing at a member of the public in Windsor Drive.

Hide AdOn Wednesday, July 7, Police attended Windsor Drive in response to a report of a woman shouting and swearing and making racial remarks. A 46 year old woman was traced, a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
ROSLIN / ROSEWELL:
On Friday, July 9, three men aged 28, 29 and 57 years of age were found within the site of the Rosslynlee Hospital. From their actions it could be deemed they were on the premises for the purposes of theft. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
