Musselburgh man was thrown out of a Midlothian pub after claiming he had been propositioned by a prostitute
Eamonn Reynolds, 33, was drinking in The Buccleuch n Dalkeith on June 29 last year when he was ejected by staff who believed him to be “hassling” a group of women,
Reynolds became angry at being thrown out of the bar and once outside he lost his temper and shouted and swore at the establishment’s door stewards. He also told the door staff he would assault them during his angry tirade against them.

Hide AdThe cleaning worker pleaded guilty to shouting, swearing, acting in an aggressive manner, uttering threats of violence and abusive remarks during the incident when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
Fiscal Sarah Noon told the court a member of the bar staff spotted Reynolds speaking to the group of women in the pub at around 11.55pm.
They believed him to be bothering the women and asked for a door steward to escort him out of the premises.
Once outside Reynolds became aggressive towards the staff and after the police were called out officers found him nearby around half an hour later.

Hide AdLawyer Cameron Tait said his client had been “propositioned” by a woman who was “a prostitute” and that Reynolds had taken offence.
Mr Tait said Reynolds should have decided to leave the premises but had become “upset about being propositioned by a sex worker”.
Sheriff Kenneth Campbell QC imposed a fine of £200 on Reynolds.
