Patio door smashed and jewellery stolen from house in Musselburgh

A patio door was smashed and a quantity of jewellery was stolen after a housebreaking in Musselburgh.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the incident which took place in Whitehill Farm Road between 10pm on December 26 and 3am on December 27.

A boulder was thrown at the rear window of a patio door.

Jewellery and personal items were stolen.
