Police called after gang of youths allegedly put brick through car window

Police are appealing for information after reports of a gang of youths throwing a brick through a car window in an Edinburgh residential area.
Cops received reports of vandalism at around 5.05pm yesterday (Saturday) allegedly involving a group of youths on bikes in Telford Drive.

Hide AdOne report suggested that a group of up to ten teenagers on bikes had put a brick through a car window.
Enquiries into the incident, which happened not far from the Western General hospital, are ongoing and police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.05pm on Saturday, 25 July, officers were called to the Telford Drive area of Edinburgh following a report of vandalism, which allegedly involved a group of youths. Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and anyone with information should contact police on 101, quoting incident 2850 of 25 July.”
