Police have confiscated a stolen moped in Drylaw after several calls from members of the public about anti-social youths.

The complaints were made about a group of young people using the moped 'in an anti-social manner' early on Monday evening.

Road Policing Scotland wrote on Twitter: "#EdinburghRP recovered this stolen moped in the Drylaw area earlier tonight.

"Numerous calls by members of the public regarding a moped being used in an anti social manner by youths.

"Officers attended the area, found a moped hidden in bushes and uplifted it."
