Police trace man who went missing in Edinburgh two weeks ago
Police in Edinburgh have confirmed that missing 45-year-old Vincent Kelly has now been traced.
Concerns were growing after Vincent Kelly was last seen on Windsor Street in Edinburgh on April 29 and an appeal was launched last week for the public to assist police with any information.
This morning (Tues), Edinburgh Police Division said: “We can confirm that Vincent Kelly has been traced safe and well. Thank you to those who shared our earlier appeals.”
