Police have arrested a man following a "disturbance" in Leith on Saturday night.

Officers at Police Scotland were in attendance at an address near Henderson Street in Edinburgh at around 7.30pm on Saturday 8 February.

They said a man has been arrested and enquiries are ongoing in relation to the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called to a report of disturbance in the Henderson Street area of Edinburgh around 7.30pm on Saturday 8 February.

"A man has been arrested and enquiries are ongoing.”
