Up to 13 police vehicles have been spotted in Queen’s Drive Edinburgh during an ongoing incident.

Footage sent into the Evening News shows four parked police cars in Queen’s Drive and several other police vehicles driving to where the incident is taking place.

A passerby said: “There were a lot of officers.

“I could see four police cars parked and a load of them drove along Queen’s Drive.

“There were about 13 police cars and vans in total.

“I am not sure what they were doing there but there were officers with dogs walking up the hill, I could see some of them dotted around the top and in the bushes.

“It seemed like they were looking for something.

“There were a lot of police so it must be something pretty big.”
