Woman arrested after Leith Walk cannabis raid
A woman is set to appear in court today after police found cannabis at a property in Edinburgh.
An arrest was made after a police incident yesterday on Leith Walk, at the corner of Casselbank Street, where officers were seen removing large bags.
A police spokesperson said: "A 30-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with drugs offences after cannabis plants were found at an address in Leith Walk in Edinburgh on Tuesday, 12 January, 2021. She is expected to appear at Edinburgh Court today."
