danny Kaye, two, cuddled up to an elephant as the Jungle City project street launch took place on the Mound yesterday.
The model animals are being placed at landmarks around the city including Princes Street Gardens, the Royal Mile, the City Chambers, the National Museum of Scotland and the Scottish Parliament, to highlight the plight of endangered species.
The models will eventually be auctioned off to raise money to help in their protection.
