Family in car crash drama
Two eight-year-old children and their mother were taken to hospital after the car they were travelling in spun several times on slippery roads and hit a electricity pole.
The car carrying a family of a man, 39, a woman, 40, and the two children left the A702 one mile north of Carlops in the Borders at 10pm last night. Firefighters administered first aid until the ambulance arrived.
The children were taken to the Sick Kids hospital and their mother was to the ERI.
