Free help for homes at risk
FREE help and advice is available for West Lothian residents facing eviction or repossession.
The West Lothian Court Advice Project offers independent, confidential and impartial advice and representation to those whose home is at risk due to mortgage or rent arrears.
The team can provide advice and assistance at court, or negotiate with lenders.
The project is run by West Lothian Council’s Advice Shop and Citizens Advice Bureau West Lothian, with funding from the Scottish Legal Aid Board.
