It is believed that Andy may have travelled from Edinburgh to the Newcastle area after leaving his home address.
Andy is described as white, 6ft 2 inches tall, of medium build, with brown eyes, very short grey hair and dark eyebrows.
He has a tattoo on his left fore arm with the word “Caroline”. He was wearing blue jeans, a distinctive white t-shirt with red handprints and the word Strongbow on it and a black jacket.
