SCOTTISH Water has reacted quickly after sewage returned to a Gorebridge burn.
John Ramsay contacted the Advertiser after noticing that sewage was appearing from a storm drain, polluting the burn near Arniston swing park and by a public walkway.
The same problem occurred in July 2010, when Scottish Water sent workers to clear up the site within hours of being contacted by the Advertiser.
And it appears history has repeated itself, as they were again quick to act after we called last week.
