Homes plan put forward

A DEVELOPMENT of 14 new homes is set to be created in the Lothians under plans put forward by council chiefs.

Midlothian Council has applied for planning permission to build ten two-storey houses along with four cottage flats, as well as car parking and landscaping at the site.

The development would be located on land adjacent to Lauder Road and Woodburn Road in Dalkeith which was the former home of a community centre.
