Hoping to make a royal appointment
A GROUP of young hopefuls audition for the stage musical The King and I at the Festival Theatre.
It is the first time the theatre, which is searching for 26 children to appear in the production, has included local children in the show.
The King and I stars Ramon Tikaram and is directed by Curve Theatre’s Paul Kerryson, who has previously directed Chicago and Sweeney Todd. The show will run from December 14 to January 7.
