Missing man may be in Dalkeith

Police are keen to trace the whereabouts of Thomas Stewart (29), who has been missing from the Kinross area since the early hours of today (November 21).

He may also use the name Michael Johnston and may be in the Dalkeith area and was last seen in the company of a boy around the age of 12 years old who is believed to be a family member.

Police are keen to trace both to ensure they are safe and well.

Thomas is described as 5 foot 7 inches tall, slim build with short blonde hair with brown highlights.

He was last seen wearing a grey hooded top, and is also believed to have several staples in a recent head injury.

The young boy he was last seen with is described as around 12 years old, slim build with short blonde spikey hair and was also wearing a grey hooded top.

Police Scotland would urge anyone with any information to contact them on 101.
