A CAT rescue centre has renewed its plea for motorists to slow down after two moggies were killed outside its base last week.
The cats were being cared for at Lothian Cat Rescue, the Bonnyrigg unit beside the B704.
Speeding motorists are being blamed for the animals’ deaths.
Matt, a semi-feral cat, was killed on the road on Wednesday and Shadow died on Thursday.
