New edition on Horizon
THE New Horizon Guide is being distributed to communities in West Lothian.
Libraries, community centres and information services will get the guide, which has advice on housing, health, transport and leisure for the over-60s.
West Lothian’s executive councillor for health and care, Ellen Glass, said: “The guide brings together a wealth of information.”
