New Japanese guide to city
THE first official Japanese guide to Scotland has been published by a firm from the Capital.
Written in Japanese and produced by Edinburgh-based Luath Press, The Insider’s Guide to Scotland advises visitors to go on a pub crawl if they can, but warns them to stay away from men in green and blue football tops.
Author Akiko Elliot said: “Until now the emphasis of Scottish tourism to Japanese was on visiting famous historical sites or playing golf.”
