Scottish government has no borrowing powers. The pandemic has used up lots of resources, quite rightly, to support people who need it. Let's have the.necessary borrowing powers and funding becomes more manageable. That is exactly what the UK government and.most other governments are doing and there lies a major, insurmountable problem.

If true, this shows utter contempt for folk. The more I watch and listen to politicians the more I realise how inept they are at basic planning from initial stages all the way through to delivery. Sound bites rule, and to hell with outcome. The failure list is too long and now it’s obvious why so many career politicians are career politicians, nobody in the real world would ever employ such poorly performing individuals.

Scandalous. After attending there a lot with my mother over the last two years, many elderly people attend. How on earth are they to get to Livingston? The staff are brilliant and friendly. I know people have addictions, however £250m for drugs rehabilitation and they are refusing £46m for the Eye Pavilion. Why did they not add it on to the new ERI?

Fix the Eye Pavilion we already have, save some money in the process and focus on finishing the Sick Kids we are still waiting on! Saves people having to travel so far. My stepdad was a regular here and would not have been able to make the journey to Livingston , never mind anyone with worse health or vision!
