The Biscuit Factory in Leith has been confirmed as the venue for a new 'adults only' crazy golf venue serving up booze and street food.

The business, which is cheekily named ‘Fore Play’ and opened its first venue in Glasgow in 2018, will open a pop up in Anderson Place from March 6th.

It will be open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with music from local DJs.

And the Pitt Market will also be teaming up with Fore Play Crazy Golg to provide the street food. Pickering's Gin, Edinburgh Beer Factory and Base Spirits will also be involved with the drinks offering from cocktails to beers.

But the pop-up will only be around for three months so you'll need to get down there when you can.

Entry to the venue will be free with a round of crazy golf costing £9.50 per person during peak times and £8 at off peak hours. Tickets for March will be going on sale next week.

New over-18s venue with crazy golf, street food and cocktails coming to Edinburg...

The 18 plus venue in Glasgow, owned by husband and wife team Craig and Kasia Neilson, currently boasts two nine hole crazy golf courses, a full-service bar and an on-site food vendor.

The interior is awash with graffiti, exposed brick and neon signs, not to mention the resident golf cart, ‘Cartii B’.

Since opening at the tail end of 2018, Fore Play Crazy Golf has celebrated 50,000 customers and a turnover in excess of £600,000 - 20 per cent ahead of their projections.

Food and Drink

Their Glasgow menu on the west coast offers a wide variety of street food - including both vegetarian and vegan options - like pulled pork loaded fries, BBQ jackfruit loaded fries, hot dogs and burgers.

The drinks list boasts pun-tastic concoctions such as the ‘Sugar Caddy’ and ‘Long Iron Iced Tea’.

The Edinburgh pop up will feature street food from established vendors in the city.

Much like the Glasgow venue, the Capital venue will have a distinctly Edinburgh theme where players can enjoy mini landmark sites around the course.

While putters are encouraged to come along to enjoy a drink and a round of golf, those wishing to visit for a bite to eat and a drink are also welcome.
