Paws for Thought

This week’s featured cat is Smudge. This black and white three-year-old chap is aptly named, as he has black smudges on his nose and chin.

He is playful and affectionate, but didn’t cope will with small children in his previous home, though he may be fine with older youngsters and animals.

He is currently living in an open pen at the Lothian Cat Rescue with several other cats, so gets on well with other animals.

He would like to find a loving “fur-ever” home which had a garden so he could get out and about.

Meanwhile, Mel and Kim, the two cats who were featured in our Paws for Thought column last week, have found a new home together.

They are two of the lucky ones, as Lothian Cat Rescue is currently caring for many others cats and kittens who would all love a “purr-fect” home of their own.

Could Smudge or some of the others become your ideal feline friend?
