Matt Feeney, 26, who is from London, trialled the app after missing the gym during the first lockdown, he said: “Trion is the most impressive fitness app I've ever come across. I've been training in the gym for well over 10 years now and was always reluctant to use apps, thinking I knew enough. But every session, I learn new movements, try set combos I wouldn't think to try.“I have even used it post the first lockdown for working out in the gym. It has everything for all abilities and in all settings.”

Tom Liljefors, CEO and co-founder said: “Our purpose is to make it easy for anyone to enjoy exercise as part of their unique daily routine. In TRION, we have created an app which enables users to take their fitness into their own hands. Exercise improves our wellbeing, it boosts our immune system and promotes our longevity. We’re here to do the hard work, make healthy habits more fun, and more rewarding than ever. Training

personalised and overall health simplified.

“TRION is available to download on IOS and Android. Following a two-week free trial, access to tailored training programmes and billions of workout combos costs £8.49/pm.”
