Police have confirmed that missing East Lothian woman Linda Geraghty was last seen in the Dalry area of Edinburgh.

Linda, 41, was last seen on Wednesday, August 19 with her brown and white coloured staffordshire dog.

She is described as white, slim build, with long length brown hair and was wearing black jeans and a white top.

Anybody who has seen Linda, or knows where she is, is encouraged to contact police officers at Haddington police station on 101 quoting reference number 1841 of August 19.

The police are also hoping that Linda herself will contact them to let them know that she is ok.
