Play centre’s soft landing
An Edinburgh soft play centre has been saved after its parent company went in to administration.
Monkey Bizness at Fountainpark has been taken over by Gambado, a company that is described as “the ultimate play centre”. It follows weeks of speculation about the future of Monkey Bizness on internet parenting forums.
Managing director of Gambado, Ian Westwater, told the News: “Monkey Bizness went into voluntary administration and as a result my company, Gambado Ltd, have purchased four of the ten Monkey Bizness sites.”
The rebranding of the branch is expected to take place in September.
