£60k heroin found in raid
POLICE have recovered heroin valued at £60,000, and £1000 in cash, during a raid on a West Lothian home.
Officers made the seizure in Auldhill Crescent, Bridgend, on December 14 after a tip off during the force’s ‘Made from Crime’ campaign, which asked people to give information on suspected criminals.
A 50-year-old man was arrested and charged with drugs offences, and appeared at Livingston Sheriff Court last Friday.
A police spokesman said the arrest showed their commitment to act on tip offs.
