Renee wins care award
A WEST Lothian volunteer has been handed an award by the National Childbirth Trust at a ceremony at the House of Lords.
Renee Patterson, of Broxburn, received the highly commended award for most supportive volunteer after starting her local bumps and babies group.
As well as communicating regularly with mums, Renee has also worked with a young mum to find a joint foster home for her and her son.
