Scott takes the high road for dad’s charity

A former Penicuik man took part in a 1,000-mile motorcycle challenge this week in support of his dad who has a rare neurological condition.

On Monday, Scott Campbell (35) and two friends set off from Plymouth on motorbikes. Their aim was to arrive in Edinburgh on Tuesday travelling on only A and B class roads.

The trio will made their return journey to Devon on Saturday.

Scott is raising vital funds for the Muscle System Atrophy Trust, which is looking for a cure for the condition.
