Sport Relief walk is snow joke

Four neighbours from Kevock Road, Lasswade, didn't let the adverse weather dampen their Sport Relief fundraising efforts.

Ian McCalman (71, retired musician from the McCalmans), his wife, Ellen (Midlothian Council), Michael Hart (ex pro footballer , Hibs, Aberdeen, Preston North End etc.) and Gordon Whall (also Midlothian Council).

Despite the ‘Mini Beast from the East’ ending their Glasgow to Edinburgh walk at Linlithgow, retired musician Ian McCalman, his wife Ellen, ex-footballer Michael Hart and Gordon Whall returned to finish the walk a week later, raising more than £3,200.
