Tom’s game for judge role
TOM Kitchin has been appointed a judge for Scotland’s first Game Chef of the Year.
The chef, who owns highly-acclaimed restaurants in the Capital, will be among four judges who decide which chef will win the title following a live cook-off on January 30.
Craig Stevenson, managing director of sponsor Braehead Foods, said “There are chefs across Britain creating and serving game in imaginative and delicious ways. It is time their efforts were recognised.”
