Tony’s in a class of his own to show pupils how to cook
CELEBRITY chef Tony Singh was back in the classroom recently as he shared his skills with the next generation of chefs, including seven-year-old Anita Singh.
The chef was back at his old school, Lorne Primary, to help in its learning kitchen, showing pupils how they can make a simple, nutritious meal.
He also showed them how to use new equipment that has been donated to the kitchen by John Lewis as part of an ongoing commitment to the school.
The learning kitchen has been installed as a way of helping to teach pupils about the skills involved in cooking as well as the importance of healthy eating.
