Tour firm in staffing drive
A LOCAL tour company has launched an X Factor-style recruitment drive to help find new guides.
Rabbie’s Small Group Tours is looking for 15 “big personalities” to join its team as driver-guides.
The tour operator is looking for people who want to show off their passion and pride for Scotland, rather than their academic skills.
Robin Worsnop, chief executive, said: “The personalities of our driver-guides are one of the most important and memorable components of the Rabbie’s visitor experience.”
