Edinburgh trains delayed after signalling failure
Trains in and out of Edinburgh have been delayed this morning following reports of a signalling system failure.
The failure has occurred at North Queensferry and according to ScotRail there could be delays to services between Edinburgh and Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness and Perth.
ScotRail said services between Edinburgh and Cowdenbeath/Glenrothes may be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised.

Hide AdThe rail operator tweeted: “Disruption is expected until 13:30 at the moment. Sorry if your journey is affected.”
At about 1.30pm ScotRail confirmed the disruption had finished and that no more services were being affected.
