Driver rushed to hospital with serious injuries after two-car crash in West Lothian

A man has been rushed to hospital after suffering serious injuries in a crash in West Lothian this afternoon.
Police Scotland were called at 1:20pm to reports of a crash involving two cars on the B7066 near Cultskyefoot, Whitburn.

Hide AdThey said the driver of one of the cars was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment.
The other driver and their passenger were also injured in the crash.
Officers remain at the scene and the B7066 remains closed.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 1.20pm on Friday, 17 July, to a report of a two car crash on the B7066, Cultskyefoot, Whitburn.
“One man, the driver of one of the cars, has been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow, with serious injuries. The driver and the passenger of the other car were also injured. Officers are still at the scene and the road is still closed.”
