Edinburgh trains: fault between Waverley and Haymarket now fixed

A fault with a train in between Waverley and Haymarket stations has been fixed, according to ScotRail.

The operator had warned customers of delays and cancellations to other services after the train broke down this morning.

But power has now been restored to the train, which is returning to Waverley Station.

“We’ll get everybody moving again on delayed services just as soon as we can,” ScotRail said.
