COMMUTERS face another yellow weather in place across the Capital this morning as Storm Dennis brings strong winds and transport disruption.
Following on from similar conditions during Storm Ciara last week, delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are likely.

Hide AdThe Met Office is forecasting rain for the next few hours and winds of up to 47mph.
Some bus and train services are likely to be affected, with journeys potentially taking longer.
Delays for trucks and high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges are also likely.
Residents may also face some short term loss of power and other services.
Some coastal routes, sea fronts and coastal communities may be hit by spray or large waves.
