Win £1k to put green ideas into practice
FORMER TV weather presenter Heather Reid is encouraging community groups in Edinburgh to enter “A Grand Green Idea” competition to be in with a chance of winning £1000 for their green initiative.
A Grand Green Idea is a partnership between WWF Scotland and People’s Postcode Lottery, and is open to schools, clubs and community groups. It challenges them to come up with an idea which could benefit their local environment.
Heather said: “I encourage community groups to put their heads together and come up with a grand green idea.”
