Yacht crew takes fourth place in Nova Scotia leg
THE Capital’s entry in the Clipper Round the World yacht race has finished the 12th leg in fourth place.
Edinburgh Inspiring Capital crossed the finish line in Halifax, Nova Scotia, just before 10amyesterday.
It was one of the highest placings so far for the crew in the year-long race, which is won on a league of points accumulated in 15 races.
However, there was bad news as the race office announced its latest penalty points, with one deducted from Edinburgh’s tally for sail repairs and two for equipment damage.
