Arniston Rangers last week parted company with manager Stevie Osbourne after recent results left the side staring at relegation.
Osbourne had led the club to promotion from the South League in 2013 and an East of Scotland Cup final this year.
But club secretary Alan Walker told the Advertiser: “Results don’t lie, we were at the bottom of the league and out of all the cups. Stevie has been here for three years and I have nothing but praise for him, but he took the club as far as he could.”
Caretaker manager Jock Landells led Arnie to a 3-2 victory on Saturday (pictured) boosting his prospects of keeping the job.
