Coronavirus: Former Hearts star with 'incredible gesture' towards frontline NHS workers

Former Hearts midfielder Don Cowie has promised to donate £50 for every #Over70Challenge completed by one of his Ross County team-mates.
The ex-Scotland international posted a clip of himself on Twitter doing the challenge, which pushes players to do over 70 keepy-uppies in succession.

Hide AdAt the end of the video he spoke to the camera, laying the challenge down to every member of the first-team squad in Dingwall.
He said: "I now challenge all current first-team members that are my team-mates.
"For every video that is posted I will donate £50 and that will go to NHS workers, who are doing an unbelievable job on the frontline, trying to fight this virus.
"Stay active, stay safe, your turn."
County shared the video on their own Twitter account.
With it they wrote: "What an incredible gesture by Don Cowie at the end of this video!
"Boys the ball is firmly in your court."
Cowie spent two-and-a-half years at Tynecastle, making 84 appearances before returning to Ross County, the club where he started his career.
