'I muted BBC at half-time' - Hearts fans turned off by Scottish Cup final commentary
As the Jambos contributed to an enthralling Scottish Cup final, twice fighting back from behind to take the match to penalties, viewers were on the edge of their seats until the very last kick when a penalty in the shoot-out for Kristofer Ajer kept the cup in Celtic’s grasp.
However, some Hearts fans watched the game in silence with others angry at the BBC team’s comments during the match. Liam McLeod called the game, alongside co-commentator Billy Dodds.

Responding to the Tweet @LewisBroadie added: “I don’t normally buy into this sort of thing but today was unreal; they saw everything though a Celtic lens.”
@murraymeikle also replied, posting: “Correct. If you had no idea who Celtic were playing you’d have really struggled to work it out. I like the BBC but today’s coverage was woeful.”
@Trotski16: “It was a disgrace. First half was about "the old celtic are back". Second half and extra time about "this new celtic are poor". NOTHING about how well we played and how incredibly lucky Celtic were to get to extra time.”
@Gorgie5115: “I honestly muted BBC and half time.”

However @BibbityBobs disagreed: “Speaking as a neutral, don’t be so daft.”
@G_b80 added: “You have to be kidding. They couldn’t wait for Hearts to score.”
BBC Scotland has defended the coverage and responded to the criticism.
