There are only four days left in the transfer window as clubs in the Scottish Premiership scramble around trying to improve their squads for the rest of the 2020/21 season.

The big news coming out of the capital this morning was the news that Craig Wighton may be on his way out of Tynecastle with Dick Campbell eager to bring the player back to Arbroath. The Hearts striker had a fruitful spell on loan at the Angus club last season and has found himself being pushed down the pecking order with Robbie Neilson’s men in recent games.

Meanwhile, pre-contracts can still be given to players with less than six months left on their deal, an advantage Rangers took fully earlier today when they announced the signing of Jack Simpson from Bournemouth. The player will join up with Steven Gerrard’s men in the summer.
