The Highlanders travel to the Capital to face the finalists of the 2020 Scottish Cup, the Gorgie side having dispatched rivals Hibs at Hampden Park the previous weekend. A couple of knocks were picked up during the match, while wingers Josh Ginnelly and Elliot Frear both missed out due to injury.
Neilson confirmed that tomorrow’s game will come too soon for Ginnelly, while Jamie Walker and Jordan Roberts will be assessed. The Hearts boss will have plenty to ponder, especially after the positive switch to a 4-4-2 diamond against Hibs and good performances from Peter Haring and Steven Naismith who are expected to start one of the next two matches.
