The current Scottish Premiership holders dropped more points at the weekend, drawing 0-0 with Livingston at Parkhead.

Celtic are now without a league win in three and have only won five in their last 12, leaving them 21 points behind Rangers and only five points ahead of Hibs, albeit with three games in hand.

Former Hibs and Celtic forward reckons Celtic should now be looking behind them.

“You could not completely discount the possibility of Celtic failing to finish second,” he told the Daily Mail.

"When you are capable of losing at home to Ross County and have drawn against Hibs and Livingston, games in hand don't mean that much.

"Even with 13 players missing on Saturday, there was still a good side out there that should have been demolishing Livingston even if they are on a great run of form.

"This is Celtic at Celtic Park against Livingston. There are no excuses.”
