Ben Banks: “Decent enough performance from Motherwell. Hibs looked a little less sharp than usual, 10/12 points from four games for them however is very good.”

Paul Smith: “Absolutely baffled why Nisbet was moved out wide 2nd half for Hibs. Pay a lot of money for a striker and stick him out wide. Looked positive when he had the ball though.”

Peter Henderson: “If Hibs can play that bad but don’t concede and certainly don’t lose then the title has your name written all over it.”

Craigy: “Poor from Hibs tonight but 10 points from 4 is a good start. Go again Sunday.”

Dom: “We were crying out for 3-5-2 when we made the Hallberg and Allan changes. As soon as Nisbet was shifted out wide Hibs didn’t look a threat at all.”

Swanny: “Decent point today against a team we will no doubt be fighting for league position as the season progresses. Still crying out for another body in midfield to complement Gogic. We have the flair players but need more steel in the middle of the pitch.”

An Aberdeen fan took heart from the match …

Hugh Little: “Just watched hibs v well. 2 hours I will never get back. If our players come back focussed and with correct attitude we should finish comfortably above them. Dreadful game, zero quality.”

One Hibs fan still had some humour to offer …

Scott McRorie: “Still beat Barcelona next season lads.”
